Star Rewards Program Rules

1. Star Rewards membership may be obtained at participating locations only. Cards are not available online.
2. Membership is open to all customers 16 years of age and older, excluding Starplex employees.
3. Star Rewards members will receive 1 credit for every $1 dollar spent on concessions or ticket purchases at the box office or ticketing kiosks.
4. There is a maximum of 50 concessions points per card, per day and a maximum of 30 box office points per day.
5. To earn credits, the card MUST be presented to the cashier prior to the completion of a box office or concessions transaction.
6. Members receive rewards each time 50 credits are earned. See reward Schedule for details.
7. "Free Movie Ticket" reward vouchers are subject to contain restrictions, including but not limited to "No Pass or 3D features", D-Box, Fathom Events and IDX features.
8. Star Reward Cards are nontransferable
9. Starplex Cinemas reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards structure at any time without any liability to members.
10. Rewards are calculated and issued at the close of each business day in which a qualifying purchase was made. Rewards will expire 30 days from the date of issuance. It is the recipient's responsibility to check their account for current reward status and to redeem rewards before they expire.
